Welcome to Central Coast Ventilation...
Why is ventilation so important?
The experts tell us that we spend more than 85% of our time indoors, in houses and offices. They also tell us that the indoor air that we breathe can contain up to 10 times the pollution levels than that found outside.
Ventilation can be compared to the respiratory system of a building. Adequate ventilation assists in the good health of the building and the people in it.
Put simply, if you live in a poorly ventilated house for long periods you are likely to be vulnerable to sick house or sick building syndrome (SBS). Effects can be as serious as dermatitis, eczema, headache and asthma. There is so much information to be found on SBS by simply typing “sick building syndrome” into an internet search engine. I found these sites easy to understand and very insightful.
