A property appraisal is complimentary service that we provide to ensure that the owners are regularly informed about the market value of their most valuable assets. At Block Real Estate we conduct a 15-minute visit to the property, which is then followed by a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis in the office to establish the property’s fair market value range. In most cases we are able to provide a comprehensive report back to the owners within 24 hours.

The majority of rental properties managed by Block Real Estate are typically on the market for less than 2 weeks before they are let.
