Create Adaptable Teams & New Realities

With A Change Readiness System

Transform Your Organisation

What more could you achieve if ….

  • your people were more successful and innovative?
  • your leaders were more effective?
  • your organisation was more adaptable and competitive?

If all these things were true right now, what new realities could you create? What most limits businesses is the creativity, commitment, and adaptability of their people.

These days we hear lots about advances in AI technology. But what about optimising your people? What about investing in their creativity and innovative capacity?

You can optimise your people to create a more productive, effective, and profitable workplace. But you need a strategy and a methodology.

Your optimisation strategy must teach your people how to change – something we scarcely learn from the education system. Change-ready organisations do this well, and you can become one of them.

The Problem

Here’s an illustration to demonstrate what we mean. Imagine you are driving your car and you come to a busy intersection. There are no traffic lights and you need to cross a busy line of traffic to join the flow on the other side. There are few opportunities to cross safely and you must be bold, but not reckless. Suddenly you see an opportunity – a slight gap in the traffic. You plant your foot on the accelerator but, to your horror, the car is slow to respond. Just when you need it to jump into action, it hesitates. You are caught in a moment of hesitation and danger.

Businesses are often like this. As a leader, you may see a great opportunity to make progress and you need your people to be ready to jump into action. But instead of readiness to create a new reality, your people hesitate.

It’s not necessarily outward rebellion, but it’s often passive resistance. When you dig into it you see that some people feel threatened by the change, some lack confidence, others like the status quo and don’t want to change. These are common behaviours in organisations whose people are not optimised for change.

You Need a System

To make your people ready for change, you need a system. It’s not going to happen by itself. Without an effective system, every time you want to create a better reality, your unoptimised team will put you in danger of failing.

Features of Your Change Readiness System

Your system should be:

⇒ Holistic – You need a system that focuses on both the individual’s readiness for change and the organisation’s readiness. These two must be aligned to support each other and to build long-term capability. This means your system needs a psychological focus and a broader OD focus on the organisation.

⇒ Scientific – You need a system that is based on scientific methods, tested theory, and demonstrated practical effectiveness. Even better if it has been tested overseas with other populations.

⇒ Australian – You need a system that has been developed, tested, and shown to be effective in Australia. A system developed overseas may not be a cultural good fit for Australian conditions.

⇒ Leading edge – You need a system that is based on 21st-century thinking. The world has changed a lot since the 20th century and you need a system that reflects how people think today.

We Can Provide a Great Solution

We have been working in the change readiness space for over two decades, researching it and teaching it at the Masters level right here in Australia.

Over that time, we have had the opportunity to write books and put together a system to optimise the change readiness of people and organisations.

We have also had time to test our systems, refine them, and ensure that they work as they should.

And the result? We have developed a system to help organisations make progress and turn possibilities into realities.

If you want to optimise your business and acieve more of your goals faster and with more security, you should check out our change readiness system.
