The floor and walls were tiled up to the ceilings, creating a cohesive and luxurious aesthetic. 🛠Laundry: A new custom laundry cabinet and benchtop were installed, offering ample storage and workspace for laundry-related activities. 🛠Wardrobes: The refurbishment project included the addition of new cupboards and shelving in the wardrobes, including the walk-in robe (WIR). This allowed for improved organisation and storage capabilities. Our team meticulously executed all the civil works, including the construction of a sturdy concrete slab for the electrical distribution boards (EDBs). We also took charge of the foundations and signage for the chargers, ensuring a seamless and efficient charging experience for all Tesla owners. 🛠️🔌   But our commitment didn't stop there! Our amazing Eximm Build team recently completed a remedial repair project for one of our valued customers in their lower basement carpark.
