It's great to see our Gold Coast team taking some time out to check in on each other. At Omni, the people are the glue that holds us together and keeps the business ticking. We love seeing results, but more than anything, we like to see a happy team that works collaboratively and makes a conscious effort to be inclusive and supportive. One thing I LOVE about the team here at Omni Recruit is the fact that once a month we have a team lunch. It was something that stemmed from our R U OK Day last year, when we got together to discuss how best to make sure we're all ok and what we can do better to support one another 💚 Since then, every month we take the time out to eat together as a group, check in on each other, cook or bring in a dish to add to the feast and generally just bask in togetherness. It's heartwarming, fun and welcoming. It also allows us to remember we're a team, that we have support, that we are valued and creates a more collaborative environment where everybody is seen, heard and recognised.
