We're pleased to share that Cuscal recently held its first Client Showcase for the year, hosted by Erwin Schuttinga, Head of Client Partnerships. We welcomed five valued clients to our Sydney Cuscal offices, each of whom spoke passionately about how meaningful their work was in the ever-changing payments landscape. The key message for all was centered around how the consumer is at the heart of every decision they make. Putting their consumers and their needs first is what guides their decision-making, every step of the way. This executive panel was part of an initiative designed to expand our own Cuscal employees' understanding and connection to our clients and their customers. We’d like to thank Lyndall Bushell, Chief Information Officer from Police Bank, Andy Wright, Head of Everyday Banking, ubank, Con Tsiknis, Head of Armaguard Technology Solutions, Brendan Malone, Managing Director and Group CEO, Raiz Invest and Jason Rohloff, Chief Risk Officer from Monoova, for sharing their invaluable insights and time. We’re already looking forward to the next Client Showcase to continue to shine an important light on the continued efforts we all place on our clients, who come in all shapes and sizes. We were proud to launch Cuscal’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy at our 2024 All Employee Update last Friday. To celebrate and recognise Reconciliation as a key pillar of our Strategy, we were honoured to be joined by Uncle Allen Madden for a Welcome to Country and a breathtaking didgeridoo performance by Bruce Shillingsworth Jr and Bruce Shillingsworth Sr. We also announced the winners of our Q2 and Q3 IGNITE Employee Awards. Congratulations, Glenn Northey, Arijit Acharya, Sharni Stacey, Sharon Holman, Vanessa Yang, Joanne Stroud, Phuong Nguyen, Jonathan Morris, Julie Weeks, Patricia Kotsomitis, Tin Tran, Huy Nguyen, and Annusre Shusheela for your fantastic achievements! It was wonderful to see our Cuscal and Basiq team members in person, aligned on our key initiatives and celebrating our collective successes, which continue to remain focused on our valued clients. #workingatcuscal #payments #enablingthefuture #cuscal #valuedclients

We recently ran a LinkedIn poll during our time as Silver sponsors of the Australian Payments Plus ‘Beyond Tomorrow Summit’, asking “What is the #1 trend that you think will transform the way we make payments in 2030?" How is your business getting ready for 2030? #payments #paymenttrends #cuscal

Thank you, Australian Finance Industry Association (AFIA), for hosting us to deliver an educational session on #ConsumerDataRight (CDR) for non-bank lenders. Our Data Services Domain Lead, Tom Picone, led the discussion, guiding attendees through their technical and operational data holder obligations under the CDR. He also explored our solutions designed to streamline the entire CDR program implementation process. It was great to see the level of engagement and enthusiasm from attendees, and we were especially honoured to have ACCC representatives join us to share their thoughts on how they will engage with non-bank lenders once the final rules are published. This collaboration highlights our commitment to supporting a smooth and successful CDR rollout for all stakeholders in the financial services industry. #FinTech #OpenFinance #DataSecurity #OpenData https://loom.ly/O8hKOAk
