We are a team of trainers that operate out of Anytime Fitness Hyde Park (Sydney CBD) and Anytime Fitness Sutherland. We provide personal training services to high performance individuals that are ready to make the change they need to achieve the results they are after. We provide support in relation to training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset all of which is tailored to the individual. We focus on setting goals that are actually achievable within the realms of your lifestyle and are sustainable so you aren't stuck in a negative loop. In addition to our personal training services, we also have a PT mentorship program for budding PTs and run monthly workshops / seminars for the public on a range of different health and wellbeing topics. If you have a question, we have an answer!

The time change can mess with your body's natural rhythm (circadian rhythm), leaving you feeling tired and sluggish.  But fear not! Here's how to adjust and actually get BETTER sleep: Shift with the Sun: Daylight sets earlier now, so go to bed and wake up AN HOUR EARLIER. ⏰ This helps your body naturally wind down and wake up feeling refreshed. Ditch the Tech:  Blue light from phones and screens disrupts sleep. Shut them down an hour before bed for a calmer mind and better shut-eye. Cool Down: As the weather cools, your body temp should too. If you're still feeling hot, use a fan for gentle air circulation and a more comfortable sleep.
