We are excited to announce the launch of Think Water Renmark! Like our recent store launches in Orange, Toowoomba, Plainland and Fleurieu, Renmark is a new Greenfield site which will service the Riverland region and its growing market. New Members Aaron Tripney and Terry Haigh have outstanding experience within the Pump and Irrigation Industry. Aaron is an experienced Director having been a part owner of a Renmark Irrigation business. Through Aaron’s key relationships cultivated through the irrigation sector over the previous 20 years, he has established a key client base. Aaron’s point of difference is that he is actively involved in the Riverland local community and has relevant industry knowledge. This will help build new business and merge existing business as part of his Think Water development plan. Aaron is highly experienced in Irrigation and Pumping Design, Installation and service. Terry has over 8 years’ experience as a Team Leader within the same Irrigation business in Renmark. Terry is highly experienced in Irrigation, Pumping and Water Treatment Design, Installation and service. He has a high Mechanical aptitude and his areas of responsibility include selling products and services at retail, working with computers and business software and working with customers, trades people and contractors. Think Water enthusiastically welcomes Aaron and Terry into our Member Network, and we look forward to supporting and assisting them with the establishment of their outstanding store in Renmark. Netafim 🤝 Think Water - a growing partnership. Last week, expert portfolio managers from Netafim's Business and Strategy Team and Services Team delivered training on their full range of solutions to staff from Think Water Marlborough, Think Water Hawkes Bay and Think Water Northland. The two-day session at Netafim's Melbourne Office included design, drip irrigation, sprinklers and crucial components like filtration systems, water meters, and valves, as well as digital farming. Day 1 concentrated on design tools - including Netafim's in-house Hydrocalc and NetSpex, plus some modules on design. Day 2 focused on product technical training with Netafim's Product Managers. Thats a wrap! We've just completed our fifth and final Think Water Regional Meeting, covering Members from every corner of Australia & New Zealand. Our final meeting was held in Bunbury, where our WA Members got together to take part in some engaging workshops, insightful discussions about the Think Water brand and succession planning, a networking dinner and a presentation by Motion on their new Powell Industrial range! The attendees were also treated to a tour of the Think Water Bunbury store. Thank you to Michael and Melissa for the lovely breakfast and for being such great hosts! And of course, a huge thank you to our event sponsors Motion, our guest speakers Succession Plus, and to our WA members for their participation. We are so pleased with the participation, positivity and level of engagement throughout the series of Regional Meetings. With new training programs, innovative A.I. developments, fantastic Member and Supplier growth, soaring brand awareness stats and a focus on network expansion - it really is an exciting time for Think Water! Last week three Think Water staff from TW Albany, TW Noosa & TW Mareeba (Arriyan Ives, Kaleb Coyte, & Charlie Aitken) completed their final block of training towards their Certificate III in Irrigation Technology AHC32422 qualification. During this week of training, these students learnt how to operate pressurised irrigation systems, measure drainage system performance, and join polyethylene plastic pipelines using both butt welding and electrofusion welding. These Think Water students have worked hard to reach the end of their training and are one step closer to receiving their nationally recognised qualification! Well done, Arriyan, Kaleb & Charlie.

The team at Davey ran an exclusive promotion for Think Water Members, where stores competed with each other in an internal leaderboard. Points were accumulated through sales and marketing activity, which led to some fantastic creative marketing campaigns across Think Water Members' social media channels! And the prize? THREE Awards for Team Think Water! 🏆🏆🏆 Congratulations to our Think Water Hawkes Bay, Taupo and Taranaki stores for winning awards at the Davey Water Products NZ Dealer Conference this week! The Think Water Hawkes Bay team picked up the big award of the night - Davey Master Dealer of the Year! Fantastic effort from Scott, Liam, Brent and the team. But that's not all! Think Water Taranaki took out the Showroom of the Year award and Think Water Taupo won the Rising Star award. Great job team Taranaki & Taupo!
