Today, on Harmony Day, we’ve come together to celebrate the richness of our diverse backgrounds. This year’s message of ‘Everyone Belongs’ is all about inclusiveness, respect and belonging for each and every one of us. As an equal opportunity employer, it’s important to us that our team feels a sense of belonging. At Money3, our staff embrace the differences they enjoy working with and we’re proud of the mutual respect they have for others. #harmonyday

We celebrated International Women’s Day with the inspiring Jessica Holsman, who reflected on her own journey – unplanned, yet true to her purpose of inspiring and helping others. This morning’s breakfast has provided much to reflect on from Jessica's information-packed session. We were encouraged to embrace the power of vulnerability, take consistent positive action, define what we stand for and educate ourselves to harness empowerment. Sharing her tips for a roadmap to a productive day with practical pre-work rituals, Jessica’s advice resonated with each and every one of us. We recognise that gender equality is a long-term commitment and with a 67% female workplace, we pledge to promote sustainable inclusion for everyone. #IWD2024 #InspireInclusion
