Good entertainment should educate and make you think. While working on my review for Billions, I found 10 quotes that resonated with my professional life. 1. "Don’t ask another guy about your future. The show delves into the day-to-day behavior of New York's most financially successful individuals. Like a David E Kelly show, the creators tied in news relevant themes. Including private space companies, Elite Covid Vaccines and government legislation. The writers did an exceptional job researching and bringing the characters to life (in early seasons), resulting in some lines that double as incredible advice, which you might normally find in a best-selling New York Times business book. As the show went on it became a complete mess and resulted in maybe the network's worst final season. Full Review to come.
