People Solutions celebrated the launch of our brand new assessment portal for psychometric testing. Last year, following regulatory changes driven by the Royal Commission into Aged Care, one of our clients faced the challenge of needing even more nurses to staff their facilities while simultaneously struggling with turnover and a competition for talent. Safe Work Australia classifies Psychosocial Hazard as anything that could cause psychological harm for example someone’s mental health. Common psychosocial hazards at work include job demands, poor support, lack of role clarity, and inappropriate behaviour.
