Domantay Legal Celebrates 7 Years of Business Existence! Today marks a significant milestone for Domantay Legal as we proudly celebrate 7 years since our establishment. From humble beginnings as a sole practitioner operating out of a spare desk in our Founder's Jan Domantay accountant's office, we have come a long way and feel incredibly blessed. We owe a debt of gratitude to many individuals who have supported us throughout this journey. First and foremost, I am immensely thankful for the unwavering support of my wife, who has been a pillar of strength. I am also grateful to my family for their continuous encouragement and backing. Additionally, I am fortunate to have a business partner who is not only a close friend but also feels like a brother. None of our achievements would have been possible without the dedication and expertise of our exceptional team. They are truly the best in the world, and I am grateful for their hard work and commitment. As we reflect on the past seven years, we are reminded of the challenging nature of the legal industry. With statistics showing that 60% of Australian businesses fail within the first 3 years, reaching this milestone and maintaining our passion for growth indicates that we are on the right path to something extraordinary. Looking ahead, we are excited about the future. With multiple law firms across various states, a New York City office focused on assisting law firms and legal-tech, and a Manila office supporting businesses in Australia and the USA, our schedule is filled with promising opportunities. Finally, we express our heartfelt gratitude to the divine for the blessings we have received. We are honored to be able to do what we love – helping people and businesses navigate a variety of legal situations. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey so far. Team Talk - Jessy Lee Jessy Lee has been with the Domantay Legal Pty Ltd team since January 2022 and has grown with us across both Peter Falconer & Associates and Domantay Legal. She deals with a wide variety of matters and enjoys wills and estates as well as business and commercial law matters.   We asked her a few questions about her experience of work at Domantay Legal.   How do you feel about the team at work? The team and people are very supportive and helpful. It is great to be able to grow my career in the legal profession with lots of assistance and advice from the team. There will always be stress/pressure at work, but this will pass with time and in finding solutions. Having a comfortable workplace with friendly colleagues is important and I have that at Domantay Legal.   What do you value most about working at Domantay? Management are approachable and will listen to you when you face any issues and difficulties whether personally or professionally.   How would you describe the company culture at Domantay? Casual, young and modern are the first impressions I have when I think of Domantay Legal.

Exciting News from Domantay Legal: Welcoming Elaine Yau to the Team! We're thrilled to share some fantastic news with everyone! It's our pleasure to extend a warm welcome to Elaine Yau, our new Senior Lawyer at Domantay Legal Melbourne City and the wider Domantay Legal Group! Elaine brings a wealth of experience with her, boasting 3.5 years in the field. Her dedication shines through in her passion for Family, Criminal, and Migration law. She's hardworking, determined, and committed to delivering the best for her clients. Beyond the legal realm, Elaine has a vibrant array of interests. She's an active churchgoer, an avid follower of the English Premier League (Go Arsenal!). Elaine also enjoys a good run. She has even completed a half marathon! Elaine grew up with Cantonese as her native language and now is now also fluent in Mandarin. Elaine's arrival marks an exciting chapter for us, and we're looking forward to achieving great things together.
