KD Legal offers legal advice and representation on dispute resolution and litigation, commercial and property law, employment law and wills and estates.

We are committed to providing clients with practical solutions and to keeping clients' costs in proportion to the result that they are likely to achieve.

We have represented a diverse range of clients in wide range of disputes, mostly in the areas of commercial, property, employment and contract law. We have significant dispute resolution and litigation experience, involving contractor disputes in the energy and resources sector, directors and officers, vendors and purchasers of businesses and property, landlords and tenants, employer's and employees,and debt recovery for individuals and companies of all sizes.

We have represented clients in the Supreme Court, the District Court and the Magistrates Court of Western Australian as well as the Industrial Relations Commission, the Fair Work Commission and the Human Rights Commission, as well as the State Administrative Tribunal. I have also worked with senior commercial barristers on cases in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and the High Court and the Court of Appeal of New Zealand.

We have advised on a variety of commercial contract and employment law matters, for individuals and businesses, in relation to commercial and residential property, professional indemnity, consumer matters, workplace rights and employment claims.

We have extensive commercial and employment law contract negotiating and drafting skills.
