Our design process is a collaborative effort, inspired by our customers and crafted for them. We absolutely love seeing our customers' homes come to life. For Meg and Will, it was the Hamptons façade that provided the inspiration for the interiors of their stunning coastal home in Torquay. The pair created a fresh take on a classically coastal interior design. Depth and interest begin with the façade cladding, with linen curtains, splashes of natural stone and warm timber-look flooring completing the look. Neighbouring our Parkville 31 at Mt Atkinson Estate, Truganina is the Barcelona 32 with Cape façade. The single storey Barcelona is lively with its bright, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen and expansive living areas radiate a sense of warmth and openness that inspires and delights. Over the weekend, we were fortunate to have not one, but two display homes officially open their doors at Mt Atkinson Estate, Truganina – the Parkville 31 featuring the Arc façade and the Barcelona 32 with the Cape façade. The double storey Parkville is designed for smaller land sizes, but abundant in features. With four bedrooms and three flexible living areas, this compact home provides a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The interiors boast a muted, modern Mediterranean style, providing a very light and enduring palette. Our Knockdown Rebuild project team guide individuals through the entire process, providing expert advice and solutions. Boutique Homes customers, Swati and Ben, were in search of a first home that would also be one of their last. Making the knockdown rebuild route the perfect fit for them in their journey to home ownership. The pair were on the hunt for the holy grail of properties: a big block in an established suburb, with a convenient commute to the city.  Once they secured a block in Melbourne’s North, the young family found a home design that perfectly suited their family, the Riviera 32, along with a façade design that complimented the neighbourhood. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom Riviera offers a generous sized study and spacious main bedroom at the front. Yesterday we commenced 2024 with a wonderful and inspiring day at the “G” for our Sales Launch. The approach to the day was ‘Playing to Win’ and how this was defined by everyone present. The room were excited and left the day inspired, to hear from guest speaker and former Australian rules footballer, Nick Riewoldt, as he shared his career journey, dedication, and contributions both on and off the field.
