WGM Constructions have worked with Alldraft on a number of projects for the last several years. In this time, I have found Greg from Alldraft to have attention to detail and is an easy person to work with.

Greg from Alldraft has provided me with great support, providing a professional service on the planning process and detailed technical plans. This support was integral to Greg’s negotiating with the local council departments and played a key component in achieving the Council approvals. Greg’s skills were very important in negotiating with the appropriate government departments and were responsible for the success of the planning process. 

Greg from Alldraft was made known to me in late 1999 when I was starting a small business constructing and modifying boat sheds on the southern Mornington Peninsula. His drafting services were utilized to obtain planning and building permits from the Shire and over our 20 plus year association we have successfully constructed and/or modified several dozen structures on the beaches of the Mornington Peninsula.

Greg has been invaluable with his advice on various planning and structural matters and is currently working on a residential extension for one of my clients.

From the planning of our extension, Alldraft were able to provide great advice to ensure we were informed of what requirements would have to be met for us to progress with our project. They were very prompt in the development of the plans and efficient with liaising with required sub-consultants (energy rating, geotechnical etc). Finally, Alldraft were able to navigate the increasingly challenging building permit application process on our behalf which resulted in a timely provision of our building permit for us to get on with our project. Amazing service and all of this for a very reasonable price! Have been highly recommending Alldraft to friends and family since!
