Busy Bees at Doncaster East welcomes you with thoughtfully designed learning spaces and newly-renovated natural outdoor playgrounds — with water misters, bike tracks, climbing walls and nets, musical instruments, a slide, a swing, a cubby house, a mud kitchen, a yarning circle, a teepee, and natural rocks and logs for balance play — where children are encouraged to ignite their sense of curiosity and discovery.
At Busy Bees at Doncaster East, your child will benefit from:
Our Doncaster East childcare provides a holistic curriculum to support children’s interests and needs in a nurturing, consistent environment that fosters social and emotional development. We believe the environment acts as the Third Teacher by allowing children to build their imagination, creativity, inquisitiveness, problem-solving and resilience. We provide a balance between child-led and intentional teaching experiences, where our friendly Educators guide and encourage the children through respectful interactions that nurture development and build confidence.
Our Doncaster East childcare is proud to be family-oriented. We believe it takes a village to raise a child, so we work collaboratively with our children, families, schools and the local community. Our multicultural and bilingual Educators — Cantonese, Farsi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Malay, Mandarin, Sinhala and Tamil — love to share their languages and cultures with the children. We focus on teaching sustainability and respect for the environment through our vegetable gardens, a worm farm, compost and recycling program.
Our Doncaster East Kindergarten program is led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to getting your child set for their next big steps in school. We work in partnership with you and local schools to make their transition to school successful. Our quality learning programs are designed to build resilience, vital social skills and independence, while preparing children with all the essentials they need to take their next big steps in school and life.
We’d love for you to join our Busy Bees family at Doncaster East. We look forward to meeting your family! Book your tour today.
Service Manager
Hi, my name is Chris Anggoro and I am the Service Manager of Busy Bees at Doncaster East. Before working in the Early Childhood Industry, I completed a Master of Business Administration and worked in the business field for several years. After having my children, I discovered my passion for early childhood education. I have been a Service Manager for 5 years and have 14 years of experience in the early childhood industry holding various roles. I hold an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services.
I am privileged to be a part of the beginning of children’s lifelong educational journey. Watching the children learn and grow throughout the years has been a very rewarding experience. I believe that children are curious, competent, and capable; therefore, I strive to provide them with opportunities to achieve their best by exploring their interests in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, as well as building positive relationships with their families.
We look forward to welcoming you and your family!
Assistant Service Manager
Wominjeka, my name is Sandra and I am the 2IC at Busy Bees at Doncaster East.
I have been working in the Early Childhood Industry for the last five years. I worked my way up from an Educator to a Room Leader in the nursery room. I am now the Nursery Room Leader, 2IC and Educational Leader. I hold a Diploma degree and I am working towards my Graduate Diploma in the near future.
Outside of work, I am a mother of two boys. We enjoy travelling, cooking and visiting the beach on the weekends.
Coming from a science background previously, I enjoy exploring and introducing different sensory play that extends to early introduction to STEM activities with the children. I enjoy sharing different ideas, information with my colleagues, families and always encouraging the children as they explore and grow in their learning journey at Busy Bees at Doncaster East.
Together with our amazing team, we look forward to welcoming you to our Hive at Doncaster East.
