What is Dustless Blasting?
By mixing the water and abrasives within the blast tank the Dustless Blaster works. While suppressing dust, we’re drastically increasing the mass and energy the machine is putting out by introducing water.
Is it really dustless?
Just imagine that you are in a football stadium and stripping a car in a football stadium. With the help of Dustless Blasting, about the size of the logo in the center of the field, the blast media would be contained in an area. On the other side, the entire stadium would be filled with airborne media if you were dry sandblasting.
Unfortunately, this process is not magic. Media must come out that goes into the machine, and it does not disappear into thin air. But if we compared it to sandblasting, there are so few airborne particles, that’s why this process is essentially dustless.
