We start by hearing what you have in mind! We usually have 2 hours initial consultation with our experienced Team member who will go through your Floor plan & Inclusions. After which we provide you with an initial quote which most of the times is your contract price.
Our experienced build team will visit your site (if have massive falls or fill) along with our Architect who than start designing your Floor plan. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks. At the end of the second week you get a rough sketch of your dream onto paper.
Once your floor plan is finalised along with your inclusions, we go through your detailed working drawings, colour selections at out Colour studio and than get all the paper work ready to get your building permits. Usually this entire process can take upto 4-6 weeks.
Once we have organised all your construction paperwork, we apply for your permits. This may take upto 4 weeks.
Once we have got the permits, we are on your site to pour your slab within no time. We pride ourselves to finish our projects before scheduled time.

We called her and during the call she explained the layout of the house which till date I personally cannot explain to anyone even while showing the plan on paper.
