Online Click-and-Collect
For the best way to save time, just Click-and-Collect. Shop online and pick up your items at your convenience from a selected location. This can be a safer, contactless process that avoids crowds, reduces hassle and maximises your productivity.
Availability
Most of the big name stores in Australia offer Online Click-and-Collect services so you can select the option at the time of purchase and buy as usual from stores like Coles, Woolworths, KMart, Big W, Myer, Target, David Jones and even Ikea. Check, too, for additional associated payment methods and services, such as AfterPay for Click-and-Collect, Delivery or Postal options, Gift Cards, etc.
How it works
• Shop online and add your chosen items to your shopping cart
• Select Click-and-Collect option as your delivery method
• Choose a collection location and time window, if necessary
• Checkout as usual, paying for your items and receiving a receipt
• Relax while your items are picked and packed for you
• Receive notification that your order is ready (email/SMS)
• Collect your shopping at the agreed time and place
IMPORTANT NOTE for ONLINE SHOPPING:
With some Online Click-and-Collect services, you may have to specify your location and preferred date and time of collection BEFORE you commence shopping. This allows the system to check availability of your items to ensure your requirements can be met. This is often the case when purchasing groceries and perishable goods, for example.

CLICK
This is the easy part! Simply shop as usual, adding products to your shopping basket with a click of your mouse.
Options will be provided for collecting your shopping and you will be asked to select a window of time in which you are going to pick it up. With Click-and-Collect you can order well in advance of your required collection date or choose a specific date for collection that will suit you.
COLLECT
When your order is ready for collection, go to the agreed pick up point. Depending on the store, your items may be:
- brought to your car at an outdoor service point
- collected from the service desk inside the store
- retrieved from a temperature-controlled locker
To collect your shopping, you will need to present your receipt or order number as confirmation of purchase. Some collection centres may require proof of ID or request that you present the credit card used for the purchase. On some occasions, you might be asked to sign for receipt of your items.
If you need someone else to collect your items, you will have to share the collection details with that person and often notify the store that somebody else will be picking up your purchases. Your nominated collector will need to know the location, date and time for collection as well as the details of your order. Please beware of sharing your personal information. Always make sure it is a trusted person that you send to collect your shopping.
