#hiring BIOCHEMIST   IDT are seeking a Biochemist with proven experience in a cGMP environment, who is proficient in aseptic laboratory techniques and protocols for molecular biology such as RNA, DNA, Protein extraction, qRT-PCR, sequencing, gel electrophoresis, absorbance, and fluorescence-based assays. The Biochemist will be a key subject matter expert in helping support Development, Scale Up, Tech Transfer and Validation activities for New Product Development stream projects and providing support on existing product portfolios. This role ensures the effective transfer and scale up of new products and provides problem-solving support for existing products and clients in line with project deliverables.   Additional skills and attributes required; Tertiary qualification in Biotechnology or related discipline, with a minimum 5+ yrs experience. Expertise in using bioinformatics tools and software for data analysis and interpretation. Experience in chromatography, including HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS will be advantageous. Working in a GMP/GLP environment, or strong understanding of this is a requirement Must have full working rights in Australia.
