We had an interesting tower upgrade recently at a busy rail terminal. The top section of this tower was removed and suspended while still working and the lower sections were totally replaced with upgraded members. All works completed in one day by the team and crane crew from Quinlan cranes. Thanks Sascha Sikka and the crew from Quinlan Cranes for your help on this.
Stretching 73 metres from end to end, it’s the longest single-span pedestrian bridge Fleetwood Urban has ever delivered to date.
Yet despite its unprecedented size, it was also one of the smoothest Access projects we’ve ever delivered.
This short video takes you behind the scenes to explore what made this visionary community project so special, with commentary from Infrastructure Director at Horsham Rural City Council, John Martin, and Fleetwood Urban Project Manager, Tim Kent.
