We’re excited to share that a further 12 of our team members have completed their Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing training (EMDR)! Over the last 15 months, they’ve dedicated 50 hours to this intensive program, including classroom learning, skills practice, and consultation. Starting in February 2023, this group has shown incredible commitment. At Navigator Group, we support continuous growth, encouraging advanced training like Structured Dissociation and EMDR Masterclass. We already have five staff at the Masterclass level—fantastic job! EMDR is crucial for our trauma therapy, especially in CTP and PPP programs. Big thanks to our trainers, Siggy (Sigmund Burzynski) and Dr Roger Solomon, who were trained by EMDR’s founder, Dr Francine Shapiro.
