The focus of this First Aid Training is to "Teach you things paramedics wished you knew!" Up-to-date skills, carefully woven with real-world experiences from years on road. In an emergency you don't want to have to think about what to do next or start second-guessing your knowledge. You will be taught how to take Action, in an Emergency. Offering flexible, corporate training options in your workplace which are tailored to suit your rostering and industry needs. Minimum group bookings of 6 or more do apply to all on-site training sessions. Public courses are also available at our Training Venue located in WANNEROO, W.A. Certificates are all nationally recognised, delivered under a third party agreement with Allens Training Pty Ltd - RTO 90909. Upon completion, course participants receive a copy of their certificate via email. With an option to send a copy of these directly to a designated administrative member of your team, you can keep certificates on file/ in one place. So you never have to worry about expired certificates. Action & Emergency also specialises in the film & television industry, ensuring the safety of all cast and crew. Fully licensed & insured, providing AHPRA registered clinicians. Our primary response units guarantee rapid extrication and treatment to minimise downtime and losses without compromising quality patient care.

🐍 The proteins in snake venom are often too large to cross capillary membranes, so cannot enter the bloodstream directly. Instead, venom travels through the lymphatic system. To slow the progression of the venom through the system it is important to slow the flow of lymph. 🔃 We can achieve this by applying a pressure immobilisation bandage (PIB) and keeping the limb as still as possible - since lymph relies on muscle contractions 💪 to move around the body and valves to prevent back-flow. #snakebite #pressure #immobilisation #technique #firstaid #actionandemergency #envenomation #lymphaticsystem
