Go to quick and easy Lunch! Always having a tin of tuna, and some packets of precook rice in the cupboard makes for a quick and easy lunch especially when you think 'there is nothing to eat. I added what ever was in my fridge, green leafy salad mix, feta, beetroot and bang, yummy lunch sorted in less than 3 mins.

Stir fry 1 x tin baby corn 1 x Capsicum 1 x bunch of Broccolini 1 x medium Zucchini 1/8 of whole Cabbage 1 x Carrot 1 x Onion 500g of chicken 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon sea same oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey (Cornstarch if you think it needs thickening at the end) 1. Chop vegetable to your preferred liking. 2. Sauté onion, garlic and ginger in olive oil until translucent. 3. Add and fry off remaining of vegetable for 10-15 minutes. 4. In a seperate fry pan dice and cook off protein of choice, we went with chicken. 5. Add cooked chicken, soy sauce and honey, fry off for 5 mins. 6. Add 1 teaspoon of corn starch if you feel it needs thickening. A stir fry can use any vegetables that you have in your fridge, and any protein you want to use, don't over think it
