Shout out to the Hermosa beach team and their unwavering commitment to STOP AT NOTHING! I first met Jaclyn when she interviewed for a role in our founding USA team 12 months ago. After years in the fitness industry supporting multiple brands and multiple business owners instead of working for another one I challenged her to consider taking that knowledge and doing it for herself 💪 Fast forward 12 months, Jaclyn and Tyler VanZandt, CFA have made us so proud being our first franchisees in Cali crushing all expectations 🚀🇺🇸 Not without setbacks, challengers out of our control and massive learnings! Business isn’t easy, although we have great systems, structure, product and brand every new location opening comes with its variables. Here is what I believe kept driving them forward when things got tough: 1. They created a clear vision of how they wanted to bring Fitstop to the South Bay. 2. They created clear roles and responsibilities for each other working with their strengths. 3. They allowed the experts around them to take the lead (Fitstop and external teams) 4. They stayed very connected to their community and focused on their why. 5. Lastly and most importantly they stuck to and trusted the plan even if we needed to make slight changes. Franchising is the ultimate team sport, everyone has a role to play and everyone contributes to the outcome.
