We recently had a chat with Grace Savides, a Market Research Analyst at G2, about the PLMS and the challenge of linking learning and performance. Grace astutely calls out that many vendors offer learning and performance within their *suite* of products with a shared line of data, but that they aren’t actually *embedding* learning into performance. They’re effectively being kept separate. We strongly believe that this is part of the reason it’s been so hard for people to truly link learning and performance in a way that actually impacts learners and organisations.
