This year, our team have been excited to undertake training on neurodiversity in the workplace as part of our training and development series, with the aim of fostering a more inclusive and productive environment for all of our team and stakeholders. In these workshops, our team explored concepts of neurodiversity, inclusion and accommodations in the workforce, taking the time to recognise and appreciate individuals' diverse thinking and working styles.
