Bullying in the workplace can occur, and for those on the receiving end, it makes you second guess your worth and your mental health can suffer. In a recent successful case, our client worked for a medical centre and suffered systematic bullying over a period of 3 months. Her workers compensation claim was declined due to her being on the 11th week of her probationary period which blocked any chance of a return to her position and drove her into depression and ill health.
