Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection is a new boutique hotel in Sapporo, Japan. The hotel is located within the historic Sapporo Factory complex, famed for being the birthplace of the first Japanese-led brewery. The hotel's design, created by Tokyo's Design Studio Crow, celebrates the pioneering spirit and brewing expertise that shaped Sapporo's beer culture. It draws inspiration from the story of Seibe Nakagawa, a young Japanese man who travelled to Germany in the late 1800s to learn the art of brewing. Upon returning home, Nakagawa's passion and skill brought beer production to Sapporo. This brewing heritage is reflected throughout the hotel's interior. The dining space shows kitchens stocked with brewing ingredients, creating a lively atmosphere. A captivating light wall showcases beer bottles arranged in a continuous arch, further emphasizing the theme.
