After enduring challenges for approximately 1.5 years with one of the Big4 banks, it has now begun resolving cases at the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) level with Claimo. This significant shift in approach is a testament to the relentless efforts and dedication of our team. Special commendations to our team members who have been exceptionally disciplined in escalating cases to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) throughout the past year. Their commitment has been pivotal in shaping our strategies and achieving favorable outcomes for the little guy. Nikola Araouzou team's success in winning several high level cases at the External Dispute Resolution (EDR) level has significantly influenced this positive change with the major bank. This breakthrough demonstrates that our collective persistence and teamwork can drive substantial impact. A massive shoutout to one of our Claimo clients who just secured a stellar $25,700 refund, following an Australian Financial Complaints Authority decision. While the international bank's initial calculation was a mere $9,000, the Claimo team disputed the figures and the bank agreed with our revised calculations, resulting in our customer receiving the rightful amount of $25,700 - an additional $16,700... The financial Ombudsman's media stance may hint that using paid representatives as unnecessary. But this example (and others) demonstrates the value of having a professional in your corner, much like an accountant for your taxes - sure, you could take a DIY approach, but that doesn't guarantee success or maximum returns.
