Having worked with local (Aussie) employees as a manager and consultant and also with multicultural international teams and staff, I found that I was uniquely positioned to know both worlds very well and have the knowledge to effectively select and manage the best staff to perform beyond the expectations of my Clients. For Outsourced Talent I wanted to ensure that not only could we attract the best talent but these exceptional individuals would not only want to continue with their assignments but also want to ensure their employers were perpetually satisfied with the quality of work. This does not come from bargaining wages down to a bare minimum for survival, but in treating your staff like valued employees regardless of whether they are working in the same building or the same country. At Ethical Outsourcing we are extremely conscious of these requirements from both parties and work hard to ensure our Australian Clients get exceptional talent that inspires confidence in the assignment as well as ensuring our talent is paid at a rate that is appealing and comfortable for their level of ability.
