Workshop & Sales Administrator We are currently seeking a dynamic Workshop & Sales Administrator to join our awesome team at Radical Torque Solutions in South Australia. As the Workshop & Sales Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations within our workshop environment and also assisting our busy sales team. If you are organised, detail-oriented, possess excellent administrative skills, have a positive attitude and would like to work with a likeminded team, we would like to hear from you.   Responsibilities: -Handle workshop / laboratory administration duties, including but not limited to reports, quoting, and customer inquiries. -Follow up on tool repair/calibration quotes to ensure timely completion. -Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately. -Expedite parts orders for repairs to minimise downtime. -Coordinate tool calibration activities and follow-up as needed. -Provide logistics support to ensure seamless operations. -Offer general administrative support to sales team in various departments. -Assist with external purchasing tasks as required. -Answering incoming calls to the business. -Perform other duties as assigned by the State Manager and General Manager -Liasing with all departments -Customer Feedback tracking About You: -Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a workshop internal sales environment. -Excellent organisational and time-management skills. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB and other relevant software or willing to learn. -Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Experience in logistics and purchasing is an advantage. -Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. -Positive outlook.
