The employer gender pay gap (GPG) is the difference between the [median] earnings of women and men across a workforce, expressed as a proportion of men's earnings. The latest WGEA data reports that half of Australian private sector companies with more than 100 employees have a gender pay gap larger than 9.1%; whilst 70% of 5000 private sector employers have policies for equal remuneration, only 39% had policy goals to achieve pay equity and only half had measures to remove gender bias from remuneration reviews.   Publishing employer gender pay gaps accelerates action to fix this persistent and complex problem which costs the Australian economy $50 billion every year. Reviewing your hiring strategy has never been more important to ensure you are attracting the right talent across all levels of your organisation. To help you, we have developed a 30-minute workshop which combines:   🚺 Gender diversity hiring trends over the past 12 months ⚖ A snapshot summary and explanation of the key takeaways of the WGEA employer gender pay gap results 📚 DEI case studies with lessons learned (we have 18 years' experience helping our customers achieve these goals) 💡 Analysis of female candidate drivers for 2024   Please reach out to us today if you are interested in arranging a DEI insights workshop for you/and your team. Happy International Women’s Day 2024   Each year, this day serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality and highlights the work that still needs to be done. In support of #IWD2024, we held an education session with our team exploring the differences between the interconnected concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. This year’s theme #InspireInclusion is centred on inclusivity: ensuring women feel seen, heard, valued and respected across all levels of society, government and the workplace. Diversity alone isn’t enough; women need equitable access to resources and opportunities and a seat at decision-making tables. We all succeed as an economy and society when this happens.   We also broke down the recent WGEA Employer Gender Pay Gap Data, taking time to analyse the data and be prepared, as a company, to discuss the results with our customers.   As passionate advocates for gender DEI, we are grateful to have the opportunity to support the advancement of women, particularly in leadership roles. Last year, more than 60% of our senior & C-suite appointments were female placements. We regularly help our customers exceed market levels of female representation in their permanent and contingent labour hiring in technology and telecommunications. It is achievable.   Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for all. #launcherlife

We're delighted that our CEO Rebecca Hartshorn will again be running for the RCSA Australia and New Zealand NSW/ACT Regional Council. We would love your support to help her be re-elected! Rebecca is passionate about our industry and committed to seeing it be the best it can be. What an incredible day! It was so inspiring to see so many Can Tooers crossing the finish line at the Sydney Marathon goal event. 🏆 The heat tipped over the 30C mark, making it a very hot day to be pounding the pavement. Shoutout to all the volunteers who helped keep our runners hydrated and cool. ☀ The finish line was a welcomed end to all Can Tooers hard work and dedication throughout their program, the Can Too tent was buzzing with adrenaline afterwards. 🐝 Across all training pods, our amazing Can Tooers also hit their fundraising goals to raise an incredible $145k (and counting!). Thank you to everyone who has donated, these funds will go a long way in supporting the vital work of early career research projects committed to the care, control and prevention of cancer. 🧬 Pont3 Pty Ltd

My incredible team donated over $12,000 for Cancer Research, training for months on the Can Too Foundation run programme to prepare for 42k at The Sydney Marathon! I couldn’t be more proud of their incredible achievement! I opted for the half marathon - and as much as I was dreading this (in all honesty) - I have to say it was truly a beautiful run across the bridge and around the city, and a really heart-filling experience!! I’m so glad I did it. I’d highly recommend. Thanks to our incredible support crew on the day and to everybody who donated to this cause. Holly Baker personally raised $2552 and Munraj Dhami raised $1984 towards this goal. Well done ⭐️ #launcherlife Launch Recruitment #launchgiving
