Are you running LinkedIn Ads? If so, here's something important to know. If a LinkedIn Ad has hashtags in it, the hashtag changes your ad targeting. Many people are unaware of this. An ad with hashtags will show to everyone you specify in LinkedIn Campaign Manager as well as everyone who follows the hashtag within the geography you are advertising in. This dramatically changes who will see your ad and where your spend will go. If you are looking for precise targeting, best to skip using hashtags.
