11/23/2012 Why don't you include wine or bubbly in USA & Canadian gifts?

Unfortunately due to current laws in the USA and Canada it is illegal for us to despatch alcohol in our food hampers.

Why aren't there more chocolates in Australian food hampers?

Due to the extreme heat in Australia, it is impractical for us to include chocolates in many of our food hampers as the chocolates often melt during transit and delivery (leaving them looking very unattractive!).

Why can't I swap items?

Most of the time you can swap or exchange items in our hampers (depending on availability) with the exception of Christmas time. During Christmas our hampers are pre-packaged and sealed prior to the busy season to allow us to despatch all orders on time making it impossible to swap items out.

Delivery

All gifts listed include delivery in the charge and the service is door to door with complete tracking facilities.

Currency

All prices at Overseasgifts.com are quoted in Australian dollars. We provide a currency converter on our site to help our international customers estimate the cost of an item or order in their own currency. The converter allows you to select your currency on the right hand side of each page. The converted prices are then show under each item under the Australian dollar price.
Because exchange rates can vary, the converter provides an approximate conversion only. The final cost of your transaction may change depending on the fluctuation of the currencies involved.
Your transactions will be conducted and calculated, and your credit card will be charged by us, all in Australian dollars. Your credit card company will perform the required conversion into your native currency, based on the exchange rate on the day of conversion.
