Iyengar Yoga classes in studio in Thornbury, online and for private bookings. Covering a range of levels from beginner to experienced. No matter your individual circumstances, my aim is make the practice of yoga accessible to you. I teach in an orderly, systematic and relatable way so that your practice is safe and engaging.
Anyone can practice yoga. All you need is an open heart and an open mind. I have been teaching for almost 20 years in the Iyengar method, certified at Level 2.
