Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, which may cause muscular dysfunction and pain thus affecting movement and mobility throughout our daily lives.
We really take the time to understand our patient’s conditions and needs. We talk to them about lifestyle factors, daily movement patterns, diet & mindfulness. We truly believe in taking a proactive approach to our bodies health, not always being on the reactive.
