BootyLicious BootCamp is a 12-week on-line health and fitness challenge, designed to teach woman from across the globe to love the skin they’re in and to introduce new ways to respect their body by adopting a healthier lifestyle.

Durning the Bootylicious Bootcamp Challenge, you will be cooking your own meals following some very nutritious recipies

You will have “Daily Exercise Tasks” to complete, which are exercises you may complete in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. The daily exercise tasks are 10-15 minute work-out routines, additional to your Bootylicious Bootcamp exercise program. Alot of my current QueenB's combined a few daily exercises takes together when they would rather work out from home for the day or on work trip.

Once you begin the Bootylicious Bootcamp Challenge, you will be invited to join the on-line BBC forum, where you can network with all the other ladies also completing the challenge, ask questions and share your journey. This group is exclusive to members only, ladies completing the BBC, is invited to become a member. This is to ensure you feel safe, are surrounded by like-minded-people and internet "trolls" are kept at bay. #GoodVibesOnly
